Our 3 Bedroom Apartments sleep up to 8 people (base pricing is for 6, with an additional charge for up to two additional guests), with three separate bedrooms and a fold out sofa-bed available in the lounge area.

There are two bedrooms with a queen-sized bed in each, and the third bedroom has two king single beds. Each bedroom has a wardrobe (one with a safe), and additional blankets. All of the bedrooms are located upstairs, with the two rooms with queen-sized beds opening out onto a balcony - the perfect place to relax in the cool Rarotonga breeze.

There are two bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs, and the upstairs bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer.

The spacious kitchen/dining/lounge area has plenty of room for families or groups to spread out.

The dining/lounge area features a dining table with 6 chairs, 2 seater sofa/bed and 2 lounge chairs and a Smart TV.

Beach towels are stored in the alcove below the stairs, along with an iron, ironing board and umbrella.

The kitchen is fully equipped including a blender for making those fresh smoothies with fruit you might pick up from the local markets. The kitchen also features a gas cook-top, microwave, fridge, and all kitchen utensils. There is filtered and UV-treated water from the kitchen tap.

There are security screens on all of the ground level windows, fans in the bedrooms and a ceiling fan in the dining/living area.

Air conditioning is located in the queen-sized bedrooms.

There is a private garden for each apartment, with a barbecue table and sun loungers.

Everything you need to cater for yourself is available, plus a common barbecue area is available for your use as well.
